The common misconception is that you only need to work on balance if you're falling...spoiler alert. It's not true. Anyone who walks can really benefit from working on balance...most people just don't know how to do that. 


So, I put my PT brain to work and created online resources to fill that gap. When you go through this workshop, you will know exactly what you need to work on with your balance and specific exercises that can help you.  I can't wait to get started.


In case you were wondering...
  • How long is the workshop?
    The main workshop is about 23 minutes which you can watch all at once or broken up into bite sized videos. The balance assessment and exercise demo videos are all under 8 minutes long and there is a bonus vestibular and vertigo video that is around 12 minutes long.

    All in all, you can go through the entire workshop in about an hour.
  • What kind of exercises are covered?
    There are 3 main systems that help with balance--vision, proprioception, and the vestibular system. We go over a brief screening to find what systems you need to work on the most then I show you my favorite exercises for each things so there is a mix of standing balance, eye exercises, and exercises involving more movement
  • Does this training include any support?
    When you purchase this training, you will be invited to join my private student/client only group where you can ask any questions you have.
